General Terms and Conditions
All items are handmade, so may vary slightly from the photographs on the site, this is kept to a minimum.
Certain items of stock such as handmade papers, may vary in colour due to batch quantities. Ordering your items together can reduce any colour mismatch. We cannot guarantee that future orders will be exactly the same shade of colour.
All hand crafted cards will be branded with the Purple Star Cards logo on the back, for copyright reasons.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required when placing an order for wedding stationery or Baby Announcement cards. Once an order is placed your deposit will be non-refundable.
When placing an order for Wedding stationery, Invitations and Baby Announcement cards. You will receive a proof before work is started.
If after signing proof, you wish to make changes, there will be an additional charge.
