Shipping & Returns

Shipping details for online purchasing

Standard delivery is £2.95 and will be shipped by royal mail and should arrive within 7 working days.

We only charge one delivery fee and this is the delivery fee that is added to your order at the order processing stage, so if part of your order has been dispatched and we are awaiting stock to make up the rest of your order, you will not be charged for delivery again.

Shipping details for personalised wedding stationery orders

Most stationery orders will be delivered personally at a time of your convenience living within East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, North Ayrshire, Inverclyde and City of Glasgow areas.

Out with these areas our completed orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature. Our P&P charge is up to £15 depending on the weight. It is our policy not to make a profit from postage and packaging and our charges are usually less than our actual cost.

Returns

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've simply changed your mind you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our self's and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the returns postage for faulty/incorrect items.

If the item you received is damaged or incorrect please e-mail us at admin@purplestarcards.eu within 14 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. If the item you received is faulty, you have the right to return it within a reasonable period of time. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund your costs in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, so that we know how much to refund you for your postage). Your original delivery charge will also be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods.
